The resort's main hub is the "Nakamal," a traditional Melanesian meeting place that houses the main restaurant and is adjacent to a salt-water swimming pool. Guests can also enjoy a private beach, a day spa offering massages and body treatments, and a library. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in and around the Nakamal. Other services include laundry and room service. The resort is equipped with an outdoor pool, sun deck, and safe-deposit box access.

Family Facilities

Paradise Cove is a family-friendly destination that warmly welcomes younger guests. The resort provides a range of amenities to make holidays with children easier and more enjoyable. These include a portable cot bed on request, toys in the villas, high chairs and a children's menu at the restaurant. The salt-water pool has a small paddling corner with child life jackets and floating devices available.

The resort offers a variety of both complimentary in-house and off-site activities. On-site, guests can enjoy a quick dip in the swimming pool, or explore the fringing reef with its rich marine life. Snorkeling gear, reef shoes, stand-up paddles, kayaks, and mountain bikes are all available free of charge. For certified divers, local operators can arrange pick-ups directly from the resort's jetty for scuba diving excursions. Off-site tours and excursions, such as visits to the Blue Lagoon, Mele Cascades, and river kayaking, can be arranged through the tour desk.

Dining

Dining at Paradise Cove Resort is a focus on fresh, local ingredients with a fusion of Melanesian and Mediterranean cuisines. The main restaurant, the Nakamal, is open all day and serves a continental and a la carte breakfast, a lunch menu with vegetarian and gluten-free options, and a multi-course dinner menu that changes every few days. Guests can also enjoy a more casual dining experience at the Beach Fare, an extension of the main restaurant located on the beach. For a special occasion, the resort's jetty can be booked for a romantic, private dinner.

Accommodation

The resort offers ten spacious, self-contained villas, providing a secluded and private experience. The villas are spread out in a lush tropical garden and feature an open-plan design with high ceilings and large French doors. Each villa is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a full-size fridge/freezer, gas stove, and microwave, along with ceiling fans and individual air conditioning in the bedrooms. The villas also have a private veranda with a hammock and loungers. Please note there are no televisions in the villas.

1 Bedroom Villa

Sleeps up to two guests. An extra bed or cot can be added upon request.

2 bedroom Villa

Sleeps up to four guests, with a master and twin bedroom. A cot can be added, but an extra bed is not available.

Location

Paradise Cove Resort is located on the south shore of Mele Bay, approximately a 15-minute drive from Port Vila, the capital of Vanuatu. The resort is also close to Bauerfield International Airport (VLI), making for a convenient arrival. Guests can get to the resort by taxi, bus, or arranged airport transfer from Port Vila. The resort itself sits on a small private coral beach.
