It combines traditional Melanesian architecture with modern European design, creating a charming and relaxed atmosphere for guests.
The resort's main hub is the "Nakamal," a traditional Melanesian meeting place that houses the main restaurant and is adjacent to a salt-water swimming pool. Guests can also enjoy a private beach, a day spa offering massages and body treatments, and a library. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in and around the Nakamal. Other services include laundry and room service. The resort is equipped with an outdoor pool, sun deck, and safe-deposit box access.

The salt-water pool has a small paddling corner with child life jackets and floating devices available.
The resort offers a variety of both complimentary in-house and off-site activities. On-site, guests can enjoy a quick dip in the swimming pool, or explore the fringing reef with its rich marine life. Snorkeling gear, reef shoes, stand-up paddles, kayaks, and mountain bikes are all available free of charge. For certified divers, local operators can arrange pick-ups directly from the resort's jetty for scuba diving excursions. Off-site tours and excursions, such as visits to the Blue Lagoon, Mele Cascades, and river kayaking, can be arranged through the tour desk.
Dining at Paradise Cove Resort is a focus on fresh, local ingredients with a fusion of Melanesian and Mediterranean cuisines. The main restaurant, the Nakamal, is open all day and serves a continental and a la carte breakfast, a lunch menu with vegetarian and gluten-free options, and a multi-course dinner menu that changes every few days. Guests can also enjoy a more casual dining experience at the Beach Fare, an extension of the main restaurant located on the beach. For a special occasion, the resort's jetty can be booked for a romantic, private dinner.
