In these cases you are subscribing to the Kids Holidays newsletter and the Hoot Holidays newsletter. Unchecking the newsletter option will mean you do not subscribe to either newsletter. Both Kids Holidays and Hoot Holidays offer a simple unsubscribe option at the bottom of emails that they send.
