Savaii Lagoon Resort is a small, intimate resort, resulting in a feeling that the beach belongs to the guests only. Choose from beachfront or garden bungalows.

Facilities

Play Petanque (boules), use our dinghies or kayaks in our sheltered lagoon, walk, swim, snorkel or relax on our prestine beach with a book from our small library. Demonstrations of daily village living when the numbers are sufficient - coconut husking, coconut cream making, basket making from a coconut palm, fire making. Fiafia night performed by Samoan staff members includes a spectacular fire dance and a traditional ava ceremony.

Dining

Barefoot Bar and Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. All produce is sourced locally as much as possible with the focus on serving fresh ingredients each day.

Location

Savaii Lagoon resort is situated in the village of Fagamalo on the north eastern coast of the larger island of Savaii. Transfer from airport to ferry terminal (5 minutes), ferry ride to Savaii Island (1 hour) and a 45 minute drive from the ferry terminal.

Accommodation

Just 10 bungalows in all offering some cooking facilities, an enclosed outdoor ensuite and overhead fans. Tropical breakfast included.

This bungalow is absolutely water's edge at high tide. It does not have a separate bedroom. This bungalow caters for a double and a single or two singles. It has some cooking facilities.

Beachfront Bungalows with a Separate Bedroom

These bungalows cater for families or for a twin booking. Each bungalow has some cooking facilities and enclosed outdoor hot water showers. The furnishings vary from bungalow to bungalow.

Studio - Beachfront

The studio has an outdoor ensuite similar to the other accommodations.It has some cooking facilities and a private deck which leads directly onto the beach.

This bungalow caters for a double and a single or two singles. It does not have a separate bedroom. It has a spacious living/bedroom area and some cooking facilities.

Superior Garden Bungalow (Seaview)

It does not have a separate bedroom. This bungalow caters for a double and a single or two singles. It has some cooking facilities, a slight seaview, its own private garden and a spacious living/bedroom all within a few steps to the beach.

Superior Garden Bungalow

This bungalow caters for a double and a single or two singles. It does not have a seaview but is about 50 metres from the beach. It has a spaciousliving/bedroom area and is a popular choice. It has exactly the same interior as the water's edge bungalow
