I was 15 when I went to this resort. It was a family kind of thing so My cousins came as well. Suncity is a 39 story high rise in an ancient aztec theme.

We had a two bedroom air-conditioned apartment. This was HUGE. A large lounge and kitchen, laundry, kids bedroom (2 singles) and main bedroom (king size bed). Both rooms opened out onto the balcony which had a marvellous view of the pool below and the famous surfers paradise beach and the south pacific ocean. There were 2 bathrooms (one huge with spa, and the other a decent size.

Suncity has 3 pools. One HUGE pool with sandy beach (the kids can make sandcastles), one indoor heated pool, and another smaller pool. There were two spas. The main pool has 2 waterslides. These aren't the regular minature slides, NO NO. These slides entertain the bigger kids. My 2 cousins (4, 7) had a great time trying out the slides over and over again. And when you get to the bottom you have to climb up this ancient pyramid to go down the slides again (so the kids should sleep well that night). There is also a sauna, steam room & gym. Now If you get tired of the pool the surfing beach is only a 2 min walk away. Cavill avenue (main shopping area) is about a 10 min walk. For the entire stay we only left the resort once to go for a short swim in the ocean. There is so much to do at suncity it really is a destination in itself. If you have a big family you can get a 2 bedroom family apartment. My Aunty had one of these and it was absolutely HUGE!!! With an entry foyer and two large balconies.

There are also 2 tennis courts. We highly recommend this resort. Oh and also it is located opposite frozen world. We are already planning on going back.
