Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort offers water sports including kayaking, snorkelling and diving, a gym, outdoor pool, the Manaia Polynesian Spa, sauna, tennis and volleyball. The La Penina Golf Club is close by.

Family

The Dolphins kids club is open daily from 9am to 5pm for children aged 3 - 12 years. Includes an activities program with basket weaving, lei making, hair braiding, fish feeding, Umu demonstration and more. There is a games room, kids playground, indoor games, books, DVDs, kids pool. Baby sitting is available.

Dining

Buffet breakfast is served at Apolima Fale. Each Friday night Apolima Fale features a cultural show and dinner. The South Pacific Restaurant has local and international cuisine amongst an open-air setting with complementing beach front views. Entertainment provided by authentic samoan musicians. There is also a BBQ/picnic area, a convenience store and 24hr room service.

Located in Mulifanua at the western end of Upolu Island, 4km from Mulifanua Wharf, which links Upolu with the other islands, 4km from Faleolo International Airport and 36km from Apia CBD.
